I was determined after losing my husband, Larry, that I would rebuild a life for me and our kids, and it would be beautiful.

But then...the grief.

The loneliness.

The loss of ME.

I never saw that coming.

And I read all the books and followed all the Instagram widows, but that wasn't enough to help me navigate the very deep reality of just how much I had lost.

There was no one around me who could truly understand...or even comprehend...how vast my loss was.

For some reason, God has chosen me to share my story, share my challenges, and my wins. I've been given the gift of perspective, truth, and teaching, and a deep desire to guide and coach other women who are also navigating this earth-shattering experience.

I'm a widow coach and life coach, specializing in helping widows find themselves after spouse loss. 

After teaching women in business for over a decade, I sold my million dollar sales organization, closed my business programs, and let my life change my career path.

It's all part of the Start Over.

I now am the founder of Real Widowhood, a coaching and mentoring program that provides community and guidance to widows who want to move on from the darkness, make peace with his loss, and build a life that’s beautiful again
